Artwork & Copyright

At Ez Drop Merch, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our customers to do the same. This policy explains your responsibilities when submitting artwork, logos, images, text or other content for printing.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork or design files to us, you confirm that you own the intellectual property rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences and authorisations to reproduce and print the content. You further confirm that the submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, patent or other intellectual property rights belonging to a third party and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise prohibited material.

Trademarked and Copyrighted Material

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights. Examples include registered trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted artwork, licensed characters, sports team logos, celebrity images, commercial photography and music or entertainment branding. We may request evidence of ownership or authorisation before proceeding with production.

Customer Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ez Drop Merch, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from alleged copyright infringement, trademark infringement, intellectual property disputes or any legal action relating to materials supplied by you.

Design Services

Where we create or modify artwork on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring that any supplied content may legally be used. Any design concepts, mock-ups or artwork created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final artwork files may only be supplied upon agreement and payment of any applicable design fees.

Production Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Once approval has been given, Ez Drop Merch cannot be held responsible for spelling errors, grammar mistakes, incorrect information, layout issues, colour choices or image quality issues resulting from supplied artwork.

Marketing Use

Unless specifically requested otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to photograph completed products and use images of our work for portfolio displays, social media, marketing materials and website content. No customer personal information will be disclosed without consent.
